The Practice would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our clients for their understanding, patience and support during the last 13 weeks, as we have striven to provide essential care for your furry companions during this pandemic, under extremely difficult circumstances.  We understand that now some of the restrictions are lifting, there will need to be changes in how we have been operating.  However, our priority remains the health and well-being of our staff, our clients and our patients and it is vital that we are able to continue to provide the service that many of you rely on in a way that is safe for all concerned. Please be aware that we are still not fully staffed or working to our old capacity so there will continue to be some delays in non-essential services and appointments.

As of 29th June, we will try to minimise the amount of telephone consultations that we are doing.  You will still have to wait outside with your pet, but you will be able to come into the main porch to inform us of your arrival and collect any medications or repeat prescriptions.  A designated waiting area outside the door will be marked for your use.  Once you have notified us of your arrival, you may return to your vehicle and the Vet will come out to you and have a direct conversation about your concerns before bringing your pet into the surgery.  You will not be allowed to accompany at this stage.  Please make sure that you maintain appropriate social distancing from other clients and Practice staff when you are waiting.

Please follow the instructions given to you by our staff members and do not enter the Practice unless invited to do so.  PPE and sanitiser will be available if you do need to come into the building to pay for treatments, although we will endeavour to do this over the phone as much as possible.

As previously, please do not come to the surgery if you or anyone in your household has Coronavirus symptoms or has been in contact with someone who has.
